1. Who we are

ensopaws.com is run by Ensopaws, 605 W 9th Street, Unit #4164, Austin, TX 78701, USA ("Ensopaws", "we", "us"). These terms are a deal between you and us. By using our site or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms.

2. Using the store

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us.
• Give us true and full details when you order.
• Do not use the site to break the law, hack, spam, scrape, or harm others.
• We can refuse or cancel any order, for example if we think it is fraud, if an item is out of stock, or if there is a price mistake. If we cancel after you paid, we refund you in full.

Our store runs on Shopify. Checkout and payments are handled by Shopify Payments.

3. Products, prices and photos

• We try to show colors, sizes and details correctly. Your screen may show colors a little different from the real item.
• Prices are in US dollars. We can change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
• If we list a wrong price or detail by mistake, we can fix it and cancel orders made at the wrong price. We will tell you and refund you.
• We may stop selling any product at any time.
• Many of our items are made and shipped by partner suppliers and print shops. We stand behind every order you place with us.

4. Pet safety

Our products are for normal pet use. Please:

• Pick the right size for your dog.
• Watch your dog with new toys and chews, and take away anything that breaks into small pieces.
• Follow the care and use notes on the product page.

Nothing on our site is vet advice. Ask your vet about your dog's health, diet or behavior.

5. Personalised items and your photos

When you send us a photo, name or text for a personalised item:

• You promise you own the photo or have the right to use it, and that it does not break anyone else's rights (for example, a photo you took or one you have permission to use).
• You give us and our print partners the right to use, copy, resize and edit your photo and text only to make, ship and support your order.
• We will not use your photo in ads or posts unless you say yes first. See our Privacy Policy.
• We can refuse any content that is hateful, adult, violent, illegal, or uses someone else's brand, logo or art without permission.
• We print what you send. Check your spelling and photo before you pay. See our Refund Policy for misprints.

6. Reviews and messages you send

If you post a review or send us ideas, you let us show and use them on our site and in marketing. We will not change what a review means. Do not post anything false, rude, or that you do not have the right to share. We do not block honest reviews, good or bad. We may remove spam, hate, or reviews not about the product.

7. Emails and texts

Emails. If you sign up or buy from us, we may email you about orders and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Texts (SMS).

• If you sign up for Ensopaws texts, you agree to get recurring marketing texts (for example, offers and cart reminders) from Ensopaws at the number you gave, sent by an automatic system.
• Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email support@ensopaws.com.
• Carriers are not responsible for late or missing messages.
• We send texts only between 8am and 9pm in your local time.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number. We never sell or share it for other companies' marketing.

8. Links to other sites

Our site may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

9. Our content

The words, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to us or the people who license them to us. Do not copy or use them without our written OK.

10. No other promises

Apart from what our policies and the law promise, the site and products are provided "as is". We do not promise the site will always work or be free of errors. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties, so this part may not apply to you.

11. Limits on what we owe

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or surprise losses, lost profits, or lost data from using our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is no more than what you paid for the order the claim is about. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer laws that cannot be waived.

12. Your part

If you break these terms or the law, or send us content you do not have the right to use, you agree to cover our costs from claims caused by that, including fair lawyer fees.

13. Fixing problems

Please email us first at support@ensopaws.com. Most problems are fixed fast. If we cannot fix it together within 30 days, either of us can take it to small claims court or to the courts named below.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and US federal law. Court cases go to the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to sue where you live.

14. Other terms

• If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
• These terms, with the policies above, are the whole deal between us.
• We can end your access to the site if you break these terms.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top. The terms in place when you order apply to that order.
