How do I send my photos?
After you order, reply to your order email with your photos. Or send them to support@ensopaws.com with your order number. Phone photos are fine.
What photo works best?
A sharp, bright photo, taken in daylight, with your pet's face in view. It prints big, so the sharper the better. If a photo is too small or blurry, we tell you before we print.
How big is it?
50x60 in: big enough to cover a sofa seat or a single bed. Size can vary by up to 3 in.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Reply to the proof email and tell us what is off. If it's not right, we fix it. We only print once you say yes.
Can I return it?
Made just for you, so no change-of-mind returns. Arrived damaged or printed wrong? Tell us within 14 days and we send a new one or refund you.
Will it arrive by Christmas?
Order by early December and approve your proof quickly. We post the exact date once our printer confirms it.
