How long does it take?
We email your proof first. After you approve it, printing takes 1-2 days and shipping 2-5 business days.
How do I send my photos?
After you order, reply to your order email with one photo of each pet. Or send them to support@ensopaws.com with your order number. Phone photos are fine.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Reply to the proof email and tell us what is off. If it's not right, we fix it. We only print once you say yes.
Can I return it?
It is made just for you, so we can't take it back if you change your mind. If it arrives damaged or printed wrong, tell us within 14 days and we send a new one or refund you.
What photo works best?
A sharp, bright photo with your pet's face and eyes in view. Phone photos are fine. Natural light helps.
Can I put more than one pet on it?
Yes, up to 4. Each extra pet is +$30. Send one photo per pet. We put them together.
Will it arrive by Christmas?
Order by early December and approve your proof quickly. We post the exact date once our printer confirms it.
